“თბილქპროექტი”

 ისტორია:

“თბილპროექტი” გვიანი საბჭოთა მოდერნისტული არქიტექტურის ერთერთი თვალსაჩინო ნაგებობაა. ის 1982 - 1985 წ.წ. აშენდა არქიტექტორი მორბედაძის და მელქაძის მიერ. 

შენობა განსაკუთრებულია თავისი შინაარსით. იგი განკუთვნილი იყო თბილპროექტის” ინსტიტუტისთვის, რომელიც განაგებდა ქალაქ თბილისში მიმდინარე ყველა არქიტექტურულ პროცესებს. მართალია, თავად ინსტიტუციამ ამ შენობაში მხოლოდ ათიოდე წელი იარსება, მაგრამ ამ ინიციატივამ დაგვიტოვა გამორჩეული პროექტი სადაც იმ დროის არქიტექტურის თანამედროვე ტენდენციები და ქართული არქიტექტურის ტრადიციები ერთმანეთთან ჰარმონიულად იყო შერწყმული. 

 ახლანდელი მდგომარეობა:

სამწუხაროდ 2023 წელს დაიწყო შენობის ნგრევა. მისი დასტურიცაა ადგულობრივი მოქალაქეების მიერ გადაღებული ფოტო-მასალა. 

როგორც საჯაროდ ცნობილია, შენობის ადგილას იგეგმება მრავალფუნქციური კომპლექსის მშენებლობა, რისთვისაც გაცემულია ბრძანება “თბილპროექტის” დემონტაჟზე. როგორც საჯაროდ არის ცნობილი, მშენებლობის დამკვეთია ავთანდილ კვიციანი, შ.პ.ს. “ახალი ვარსკვლავი”, განმცხადებელი - გოგა შერმაზანაშვილი.

მოთხოვნა:

• ვითხოვთ მშენებლობის დაუყოვნებლივ შეჩერებას და შესაბამისი უწყებების მიერ საქმის გადახედვას. ვითხოვთ ძეგლთა დაცვის და კულტური სამინისტროს ჩართულობას, რათა თბილისის არქიტექტურის გამორჩეული ამ არქიტექტურული ძეგლის ნგრევა შეჩერდეს და გადააზრებულ იქნას მისი მნიშვნელობა, იმისთვის, რომ შენარჩუნდეს “თბილპროექტის” ფასადი და შესაბამისად თბილისის არქიტექტურული ლანდშაფტი.
• ჩვენ ვითხოვთ გასაჯაროვდეს ინფორმაცია, იყო თუ არა “თბილპროექტის” ისტორიული ძეგლის ნგრევა გარდაუვალი და ექვემდებარებოდა თუ არა შენობა რესტავრაციას. 
• ჩვენ ვითხოვთ დაუყოვნებლივ შეჩერდეს შენობის ნგრევა და გადააზრებულ იქნას მისი მნიშვნელობა. ჩვენ ვითხოვთ მოხდეს შენობის ნგრევის ნაცვლად მისი გარესტავრირება და ბატონ ავთანდილ კვიციანის მფლობელობის მრავალფუნქციური კომპლექსის არსებულ შენობაში განთავსება. 

 

History:

“TbilProject” is an outstanding example of late Soviet modernism. Constructed in 1982-1985 by architects D.Morbedadze and G.Melkadze. It stands as a remarkable example, both in its form and content. While it was built to facilitate and oversee all architectural processes in Tbilisi, it was functioning until the Soviet collapse. This building brought together a synthesis of contemporary architectural trends and references to traditional Georgian architectural style.

Current state

Regrettably, in 2023, the demolition of the building began. Photo material taken by dedicated citizens proves this. As is publicly known, constructing a multi-functional complex is a planned building site for which an order has been issued to dismantle the TbilProject. According to the officially available information, Avtandil Kvitsiani is the owner of LTD ‘New Star, a company in charge of the new development.

Call To Action

•  We demand the immediate suspension of the construction and the review of the case by the relevant agencies. We request the involvement of the Ministry of Monuments Protection and Culture so that the destruction of this outstanding architectural monument of Tbilisi's architecture is stopped and its importance is reconsidered in order to preserve the facade of the "TbilProject" and, therefore, the integrity of Tbilisi architectural landscape.
• We also request to inform the public whether the destruction of the "Tbilprojekt" historical monument was inevitable and whether the building could be subject to restoration rather than demolition.
• We demand that the demolition of the building be stopped immediately, and its importance be reconsidered. We request that instead of demolishing the building, it should be restored, and the multifunctional complex owned by Mr. Avtandil Kvitsiani should be placed in the existing building.
